A superb horse parade to kick off the 2025 season
A superb horse parade will go through Chantilly town centre to announce the Qatar Prix du Jockey Club (1st June), Prix de Diane Longines (15th June) and Go Racing (28th June).
10am: Choir of 700 children
Just before the parade begins, head to the grandstand on Chantilly racecourse to listen to a choir of 700 children from Chantilly’s local schools.
11.45am – Start, Petite Pelouse, Impasse du Bois Bourillon
The streets of Chantilly town centre will come alive with the energy of the horses and a dynamic crew handing out goodies and invitations. The parade will go down Rue du Connétable then Avenue de Condé.
12 noon – Temporary paddock on the market square
Place Omer Vallon, which will already be bustling on market day, will be transformed into a champions’ paddock, bringing this parade to a climax at midday.
12.30pm – Parade comes to a close
Everyone is invited to take part in the parade, so come along and join in!
A host of new additions for the 185th edition of the legendary Qatar Prix du Jockey Club.
A day dedicated to young talent, both on the course and in the grounds of Chantilly racecourse!
This year, we are shining the spotlight on urban sports with live demonstrations of breakdancing, freestyle football and kick scooter, Double Dutch, parkour and flat BMX … plus a unique musical performance!
On the course, the cream of the new crop of 3-year-old thoroughbreds will attempt to clinch the Qatar Prix du Jockey Club title, one of the most prestigious in Europe.
The horses can attempt this sporting exploit only once in their lifetime!
A Group I race, the highest category of horse race, it was created in 1836 and is won by the year’s fastest 3-year-old thoroughbred.
On this day, we will also pay a final tribute to His Highness the Aga Khan, a key figure in the horseracing world and at Chantilly.

The 2025 edition of this exceptional event promises to be a unique experience and invites you to dare to dream! Iconic headwear, chic picnic, elegance contests, DJ sets and celebrations: the most glamorous horseracing event of the season immerses you in a world where every detail is like a dream.
In the centre of the racecourse, Diane’s Village will transport you to a dreamlike world. Come and take flight with a ride on the superb big wheel!
The dream will also spill out onto the course with the ultimate race for fillies, the Prix de Diane Longines. These 3-year-old champions only have one chance to be crowned the queen of Chantilly and make their dreams come true!
